1.Key Definitions
Faradarmani: A software-based spiritual approach that requires no hardware intervention
Note 1: Hardware intervention includes activities such as medical examination of the patient, prescribing medication, taking medical history or biographical information, physical contact with the patient, and similar actions.
Faradarmangar: An individual who applies Faradarmani as a spiritual approach, in accordance with the conditions set out in this regulation.
Faradarmangir (Recipient of Faradarmani): An individual who has not achieved results through conventional medical treatments; this condition must be clearly explained to the individual by the Faradarmangar.
Note 2: Since a Faradarmangir is an individual who has already pursued conventional medical methods and available treatments without achieving satisfactory results, they may choose to seek the experience of Faradarmani. Accordingly, Faradarmani is not regarded as an intervention in conventional medical practice. With full awareness of this context, the Faradarmangir voluntarily elects to experience Faradarmani, acknowledging that conventional medical approaches have not been effective in their case. Consequently, the Faradarmangir accepts responsibility for this decision and waives any related right to complaint arising from this choice.
2. Priority in treatment rests with conventional medicine. If conventional medical treatment proves ineffective, the Faradarmangir may seek assistance from Faradarmangar to experience Faradarmani as a spiritual approach for potential improvement.
3. Individuals who are taking medication that cannot be discontinued abruptly, and who have not benefited from conventional treatment, may experience Faradarmani while continuing to monitor their condition under the supervision of their attending physician. Any reduction or adjustment of medication must be carried out solely under the physician’s supervision. Accordingly, responsibility for the use, adjustment, or discontinuation of medication rests entirely with the Faradarmangir and their attending physician, and not with the Faradarmangar.
4. Knowledge of an individual’s condition has no bearing on Faradarmani. The nature of a person’s condition is confidential, and the Faradarmangar has no right to inquire about it, unless the individual voluntarily chooses to provide such information. Even in that case, this information does not assist the Faradarmangar in the process itself and may only be used to observe or follow the perceived effects of Faradarmani, not the practice itself. This is because Faradarmani does not rely on diagnosis or assessment of the condition by the Faradarmangar.
5. When a Faradarmangar establishes a Connection for another individual, the Faradarmangar is also subject to the Connection and the Scanning process.
6. The summarized stages of Faradarmani are as follows:
Faradarmani → Cosmic Consciousness Scanning → Discharge (Birunrīzī) → spiritual healing
"7. "Not sensing the Scanning process and the Connection has no impact on outcomes. Possible reasons for this lack of sensation include:
7-1-Mental distraction (severe mental agitation)
7-2-Depression
7-3-Mental Lock
Note 3: Mental Lock is the practical result of unconscious mind programming that, in most individuals, is formed from early childhood and shaped by reason, science, knowledge, and logic. In this state, such programming prevents the perception and experience of non-rational matters or phenomena that fall outside the framework of logic, effectively censoring this information. As a result, the individual is restricted from accepting or experiencing metaphysical phenomena, and related sensations are likewise filtered out. In effect, this mental “software” is programmed in a way that treats anything beyond reason, science, and perceived reality as impossible. Since Faradarmani may not have a scientific or rational explanation for the individual, this unconscious mind programming does not allow related information to enter awareness and instead gives rise to a mental lock. Releasing or overcoming this mental lock may require time.
7-4- Lack of presence in the Faradarmani Halgheh, absence of impartiality, adopting a negative stance, holding feelings of ridicule toward it, or similar attitudes.
Note 4: Faradarmani is not energy healing (force healing), because energy healing relies on the polarity field of the individual’s body, whereas Faradarmani is performed through the Cosmic Consciousness Network.
Note 5: The polarity field exists in all human beings, although it is stronger in some individuals. Energy healing constitutes only a very small component of Faradarmani. If, according to the written definitions, an individual requires such an adjustment, it occurs automatically without any action on the part of either the Faradarmangar or the Faradarmangir. When introducing Faradarmani, Faradarmangar should give careful attention to this distinction so that the Cosmic Consciousness Network is presented accurately and appropriately.
8. Any number of Faradarmangars may simultaneously perform Faradarmani for a single Faradarmangir, and likewise, multiple Faradarmangirs may simultaneously receive Faradarmani from a single Faradarmangar. The outcomes are the same.
9. Since the process is carried out through the Cosmic Consciousness Network, there is no distinction among Faradarmangars.
10. Faith or belief in Faradarmani or the Cosmic Consciousness Network is not required to establish the Connection. The sole requirement is to be a Shahed (witness), maintaining a state of impartiality and observation
Note 6: Shahed (witness), impartiality, and observation are prerequisites for experiencing submission to God and for attaining the state of Taslim.
11. Since Faradarmani is a non-medical, spiritual approach, the nature of a condition—whether congenital, genetic, physical, mental, psychological, psychosomatic, acute, or chronic—as well as its duration, does not determine eligibility to participate in Faradarmani.
12. Remote Connection for a Faradarmangir may be established at any time of day and as often as the individual wishes, without limitation. The timing of the Connection is determined according to the local time of the Faradarmangir, regardless of their location. The Faradarmangir may communicate their preferred local times to the Faradarmangar, who then conveys those same times to the Cosmic Consciousness Network.
13. The outcomes associated with Faradarmani, whether experienced remotely or in person, are regarded as equivalent and do not depend on the ability, merit, or personal attributes of the Faradarmangar. Some Faradarmangirs may feel more receptive to in-person experiences and may perceive remote Faradarmani as less effective; however, such perceptions reflect individual impressions rather than any objective difference.
14. In the following cases, Faradarmani can be carried out unilaterally, and in terms of perceived outcomes, it is regarded as equivalent to bilateral Faradarmani:
- Infants and children
- Individuals in a comatose state
- Very elderly individuals
- Individuals with intellectual disabilities
- Individuals with mental or psychological conditions
- Individuals with specific conditions, such as those with Alzheimer’s disease, who are unable to provide personal reports
15. When there is a difference in local time between the Faradarmangir and the Faradarmangar, Connection times are based on the Faradarmangir’s local time, with no time conversion required, and the same times are communicated to the Cosmic Consciousness Network by the Faradarmangar.
16. Wherever possible, Faradarmani should be conducted remotely and without physical contact. During the process, the Faradarmangar should refrain from providing the Faradarmangir with anything to consume, including water. If necessary, such assistance may be provided by the Faradarmangir’s companions or caregivers, in order to prevent any potential misunderstandings.
17. The practice of Faradarmani does not generate karma or negative repercussions for individuals, as the process is regarded as being carried out through Divine Consciousness, rather than by the Faradarmangar.
18. As Faradarmani is carried out through the Cosmic Consciousness Network, the Faradarmangar does not have the authority to deem any condition incurable.
19. The Cosmic Consciousness Network is regarded as the Intelligence governing the universe and is neither matter nor energy; accordingly, it is not bound by time or space. Engagement through Faradarmani may therefore take place either remotely or in person.
20. Remote Connection for a Faradarmangir can be established in any posture or position—such as sitting, standing, or lying down—and under any circumstance or orientation, whether in a stationary or moving environment, including locations such as a bus, airplane, or ship.
21. Discharge (Birunrīzī): In this process, current pains or conditions, as well as records of past conditions experienced by the Faradarmangir—whether unresolved or only partially resolved—may be revisited, and related symptoms (such as pain) may be temporarily reflected or simulated. In Faradarmani, this process is referred to as “Discharge (Birunrīzī).” As this process involves only the reconstruction or temporary manifestation of symptoms and does not involve any hardware or physical intervention, it is considered to pose no risk to the individual.
Note 7: In Faradarmani, the process follows the sequence illustrated in the provided diagrams. In some cases, this process unfolds very rapidly, while in others, positive results emerge gradually over time. In many cases, symptoms of pain or condition initially intensify before beginning to subside, after which improvement occurs. This initial intensification reflects the reconstruction of symptoms, rather than a deterioration of the condition. These symptoms are brought forth through cellular memory and related mechanisms so that, following assessment and correction, healthy cellular consciousness—understood as a return to the original functional role—replaces the dysfunctional state.
22. As Faradarmani is performed through the Cosmic Consciousness Network, the Faradarmangar must not attribute the process or its outcomes to themselves.
23. Since Divine Consciousness requires no supplement, nothing—under any name or designation—can be added to it or regarded as complementary. This principle is readily demonstrable: when any additional or external element is removed, the Faradarmani Connection remains intact and continues to exert a positive influence on the individual’s process of improvement. This reality clearly distinguishes authenticity from falsehood and exposes those who introduce distortions and engage in deception. In this matter, no such distortions are acceptable, as they represent a departure from the original principle and merely reflect a tendency toward self-promotion rather than adherence to truth.
24. Knowledge-seekers should refrain from engaging in Faradarmani before receiving the Protective Layer, as doing so exposes them to Negative Meta-Emission influences associated with the recipient, as well as to the Penetration of Nonorganic Beings. The effects of such exposure may become apparent in both the short and long term.
Important Notes
- To ensure proper and effective engagement with the Halghehs and related subjects, it is strongly recommended that all educational videos—both from the Old Education Program and the New Education Program —be viewed in full, and that theoretical and practical aspects be pursued concurrently.
Regarding the Old Education Program and the Kelas-e Bi-Kelasi phase:
- Upon entering the Kelas-e Bi-Kelasi phase, which provides access to a higher level of Intelligence, knowledge-seekers may independently initiate the reception of a Halgheh and its corresponding Protective Layer through the Collective Mind. In this phase, establishing a Connection is sufficient for the intended Halgheh to be Entrusted.
- At the Kelas-e Bi-Kelasi phase, the Entrustment of a Halgheh through the Collective Mind may occur even through a Nazar; however, it is strongly recommended that knowledge-seekers actively establish a Connection to gain practical experience in receiving the Protective Layer and to become familiar with the Scan and Discharge processes associated with different Halghehs.
